The company was founded in 1976, and has only had two changes of ownership since.

The present owners are the directors Mr Vivian Treagus and Mrs Vanessa Treagus, who purchased the business in October 2007.

Mr Treagus has worked for this company since 1986, and is a qualified tool maker by trade.

The business provides products and services - precision machining, sheet metal work, fabrication, design and development - on a sub-contract basis to various businesses, including those in the medical, security, and construction industries.

The dedicated work force is a small but skilled team, with many years of relevant experience.
